Your tour reservation has been received by Golden Horizon Travel and will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Here’s how it works:
1. If your transaction has been approved: you’ll first receive an automated receipt to the email you provided on our checkout page, confirming your purchase. You will also get an email confirmation or a tour voucher from us via email, confirming your tour and pick up time and all other required information . Sit tight! No further action is required. We’ll take care of the rest. You’ll be in very good hands.
2. If your transaction has been declined: the reservation for the tour is not confirmed. We do not receive any information from customers when transactions are declined. If you do not receive an email from our merchant provider (emailreceipts@authorize.net) a few seconds after making the reservation on our website, please start over and kindly use a different credit card or payment method of your choice. You must provide the exact bank and billing address information, including the billing zip code (postal code) of your credit card. Paying our website is different from paying in stores. This security measure is required by banks to prevent fraud.
Although most reservations are honored for the exact dates requested, approved transactions do not necessarily guarantee your tour(s) in some cases as all reservations are subject to availability. But, no worries! We always manage to accommodate our clients’ exact dates as much as possible. Our website offers over 100 tours in 10 different languages. However, some popular tours like Alcatraz, air tours, and Tahoe or Yosemite overnight trips with hotel accommodation included requiring at least 2 months advanced reservation. Yosemite hotels are often sold out 6 to 10 months in advance, but we will do our very best to accommodate you as much as we can.
Please note that all refunds or voided transactions may take up to 8 business days and are subject to transactions fees as stated on our terms and cancellation policy.
Important: Our secure reservation database requires a 2 day-minimum booking prior to the required tour date! For all reservations to be made within 48 hours, please get in touch with us so we can assist you in the best way possible.
